VAT Exemption

Most of our customers don't have to pay VAT so we display our prices excluding VAT, where the exemption allows. Prices for products that are not eligible for VAT relief are displayed inclusive of VAT.

Almost all of our customers qualify for this exemption. If you are in any doubt please call our phone help line on 0800 084 2336.

To claim VAT Relief on your purchases you just need to complete a simple form stating the product is for your "domestic and personal use." Please printed out, complete and return to us.

For Scooters, Electric Wheelchairs and other items delivered on our own vans we will handle all the paperwork for you on delivery. No proof of your disability is required to be shown at any time, other than your personal declaration on the form provided.
